purposes. This report is suggested for use as a management tool and will
contain information and suggestions that would not be appropriate for
inclusion in a report that will be viewed by HCFA representatives.
* One Annual Evaluation Report for the RHC, for use by the State Inspectors, and to fulfill the requirements of the HCFA regulations.
